    Log in issues / Multiple IP address to be use

    to put in simple terms, im residing in 3 different locations atleast in every month. with them are 3 different internet connections, i've just encountered a problem wherein i was blocked when i tried to log in a different internet connection. it took me 3hours before i received an password change email. any solution besides the one time password thing?. kindly please do let me know, thank you.

    Hi, I have the same problems and usually it is faster to request an new one.
    Since my old ISP changed my IP every 24h this started hitting my nerves. But SquareEnix explained the account lock as “security” to prevent any non authorised access.

    add the square enix software token to a smart phone, and this no longer occurs.

    I don't have this problem on Phoenix. My IP changes every 24 hours but I can log in as usual. The only exception was first time on another PC in another country. I did have this problem with GW2 which is why I stopped playing it; when I want to play I can't wait for an email to appear sometime in the next few hours!

    ISP's have a common ip range which only a few numbers change each time you reconnect,

    when you go to another country however, it can have a whole different range
