Getting kicked for a Cutscene watching is pretty stupid people play games to enjoy the story and it's apart of it, those who kicked you wanted to watch it first time as well and had no problem waitting people just need to relax and rembmer it's a game.

Just a final post on this, I've checked and with certainty I can say that the cutscenes for "The Wrath of Qarn" are not in the journal, so don't skip them!

It's not a cutscene for the quest itself. It is watchable if you look for the dungeon under the category "Duties".

I just checked and you're right, the cutscenes for The Wrath of Qarn are not there, nor for any dungeon quest except for Tam Tara HM (Corpse Groom).

If you are after the snowclak ending CS you should look under story quest cutscenes in your journal - think might be main story specifically not sure if it's split for the patch stuff but should be able to see it there in thespecific quest for it.
