Guild Task Reward

Now that towns that house the guild are only leves that give guild marks. Shoudl make Guild tasks hand out guild marks as a reward, or option to take exp for curent job or give out guild marks for the guild turned in. This would also need a R20+ task be put in.
I say this mainly casue now DoL only have 2 Leve of their rank that has coudl give marks. Makes it a lot harder for DoL to get enough marks to buy anything.

No if you R15 you only have 2 leves to pick for marks. Not till you Reach R25 will you get 4, and even then marks from leves are so low its sad that you do a leve for 300 skill and only get 700 guild marks with trading 4 2 stars.

Trust me, eventually you will have too many marks... But you can get 2 leve's per range per city..

So At R15, you can get 2 R20's from Uldah, 2 R20's from Grid, 2 R20's from LL, for EACH DoL

marks arent going to me an issue for you long run cky, i can attest to that, omg i wish id get gil more often

i do however wish theyd add higher ranks of the tasks for better rewards from them

Ok 1st off im R50 miner with 130k guild marks the oldway of getting marks with every towns leves is to far. Right now im R25 bot, and only have 7k marks even with my 1st quest done, and doign every leve in Gird. i dont know if you tryed to do DoL after 1.18 where they made marks only drop from the towns leves that house the guild, so that measn only Gird leves R20+ give Bot marks. I know I can do 6 leves all R30 for my bot, but only 2 of them even have a chance to give marks, 4 if I go down to R20 leves that give lot less skill.

ALSO Leves at R20 give liek 500 marks upgradeable to 700, R30 i goten 1 in 4 resets wiht marks that give 600 upgradeable to 800 if lucky. All im asking is Guild Task to let you get guild marks at least for DoL since its a lot harder to get marks nows.

You don't seem to understand how guildmarks work post 1.18. A miner can only get guild marks from leves in Ul'dah, a fisher can only get marks in Limsa, and a botanist can only get marks in Gridania. So each reset thats only 2 leves at your rank that can give marks.

I think those were only applied to DoH, I have gotten guild marks in other areas recently for DoL.

Thank you, both the players replying have DoL high ranks and it dosnt bother/hurt them yet. Im tryign to get Bot skills but cant cause by time i get enough marks to get the R23 skill ill out rank it and need the next one.

I have been checking bot leves in all 3 towns only town to give marks its grid so far.

believe it or not, ive never really used the skills you can buy, you dont need them at all, they may seem like they are a great thing to get, but to be honest, when conditions are right, you wont be able to use them at all when you are gathering(the nodes will be too close for them to trigger)

this is especialy truer the higher you get, and i know you have a high ranked miner so you know exactly what i mean with how close the nodes at treespeak usualy were to each other.
with botony its not much different depending on which camp you use
