You don't get the point.
FF is unique.. By doing this they went to the road of all the normal MMORPG's.
Now FFXIV is just a normal MMORPG. It's not FF unique anymore.
You've never played a Final Fantasy game in your life. By doing this they did more in line with other FF games than even XI did at times.
