Besides, what's wrong with showing a bit of flesh? Our human body is like that. Why should we be ashamed to show it off, especially since we still hold some level of decency? And ESPECIALLY since this is a game. Flesh is flesh, its not like a dodo's going to jump out of the bikini or trunks and ambush you. I suppose you'll rather be seen hanging your wash naked than run down the streets in a bikini, hmm.
