Again, just because YOU have dirty thoughts, doesn't mean everyone else does. And the top isn't 'dirty'. Just because the cups are held together above the cleavage rather than below doesn't change much. It's hardly showing any more than a normal bikini top would.

Plus, this is a game. The characters don't have to worry about their tits falling out, unless they are programmed to do so.

IMO, and I'm not saying this for perverted reasons, women should be aloud to go topless just as men are. We all have breasts, just because women have fat on theirs doesn't mean they are much different or should be some form of taboo. Plus, a lot of women don't even need the support of a bra and would love to feel free like men can.
