Most people seem to be waiting for the prices to fall... hardly surprising given how over-priced they are at the moment.

Most of the smalls on Balmung sold quickly, I believe. At least in Lavender Beds and Mist.
The last Balmung small (Goblet) sold sometime between 2-10am Saturday, IIRC.
lavender bed being the best selling location, Most/almost all small plot already sold out. left Medium + large
In Goblet still got Small houses available.

As mentioned before still quite a lot of plots available in Leviathan and I thought it was one of the busier servers. Guess Yoshi will now know he doesn't need to add more servers for housing!

This. Unfortunately they still cost over 60 million on Legacy server and even after full devaluation they will be at 35 for the cheapest which is more than I have...or am willing to pay to be honest.

I refuse to spend over a million on a small house, until the price is dropped I'll just sit in my FC room.

most of the small on excalibur are sold and those left over are medium & large. The price is fine, since most ppl can effort small to medium house. 8 house left on sub ward 8/30 are not a lot
what do you expect? one million can be farmed within one hour, by several ways (binding, allagan mat farming, doing ixal daylies 2 times, etc)
it already is very cheap and needs nearly no effort
More importantly, this is killing onion prices.
Go away welfare homes.
