Greetings, this weekend I should have my new off hand and it will get fully melded. That being said I was wondering if someone had come up with a new 3* rotation that was not so dependent on Hasty Touch that they would be willing to share?

I havnt looked into it yet but imagine that hasty is still the way to go but just with more control means one failure isn't as bad as before, that being said I have been pondering this question myself the last two days.
strange awareness of ghosts that no longer haunt this shell.
I derped at my 1st attempt with the offhand thanks to too many failures with Hasty Touch and I failed even more miserably trying to get one of the new Master books. Although I had the item in HQ and got 8 stacks from Hasty Touch and had 425 Craft / 405 Control, I ended with 10% Quality lol. Seems my old rotations are not the slightest help with these so I am going to wait till I see a new one.
Reclaim is your new best friend. For the book hand-ins you're gonna need 10-11 IQ stack and get a good/excellent in the end-game. Reclaim in all other circumstances... this is something no crafter wants to have happen to them right now.. those tools although not hard to craft if rng screws you it costs a lot.
as for the books other than one attempt to test the water I would say without the new offhand and food and probs fc buffs most shouldn't try these.
although its not as bad as it could of been since fieldcraft 3's are easy to get now.

Yeah I have just read about the finishing part and using Reclaim if more than one Hasty Touch fails. Going to try that on my next attempt. I guess I will take out Innovation since it doesn't do much anymore for these receipies and replace it with Reclaim. It is a bit like Gambling against the Devil lol but what can you do. Do it or let it be, nothing inbetween.
But how do you get 10-11 stacks of IQ? 9 was the limit already with 3 star rotations and I did not gain HP so far. Do you completely rely on Good conditions inbetween so you can use Tricks of the Trade? And if you do not get enough good condition, Reclaim as well? YUCK.

If you are using hq boullebaise you should have around 395 CP - if you have a decent rotation, and not missing more than one or two HTs you should be able to get IQ up to 10 no probs. A few lucky ToTs to buy some extra turns and you'll be fine. But how do you get 10-11 stacks of IQ? 9 was the limit already with 3 star rotations and I did not gain HP so far. 3 stars are still hasty reliant. will probably be like that for a while unless we get some major stat upgrades, which i dont see happening bc it seems SE wants to make this all more rng dependant.
