Mudra's seem sluggish?

Not sure if its just me or the way its intended to be, but does mudra casting seem sluggish to anyone else?

I have noticed some inconsistency with the speed of mudra activation. More precisely, the delay between each mudra is shorter or longer sometimes.

I'm not sure if it's a latency issue, or if it's a bug. Anyone else noticed this?

Added Argyles quote to clarify exactly about what I am talking about.

Mudras can be very unresponsive and inconsistent due to the variability of latency and the general design of player abilities, which can make them very difficult to use without error. Will you please do something to make Mudras more responsive and consistent?

Issue was addressed in the live letter!

Q4: Currently, there seems to be some lag involved with the casting of the mudras. Are there any plans to address this in the future?

A4: This is something that is difficult for us to adjust because it’s hard to confirm as there are aspects that are related to the filter for how OS packets are being sent.

Unfortunately, it’s not something we will be address immediately, but we will continue looking into ways to alleviate the lag on the action.
