My plot is gone...?

Has this happened to anybody else? I bought it right after 2.4 landed, but didn't build the house or anything, I left the plot there for 3 days, was focused on other stuff, and now the plot is no longer mine and my 5 million gil are gone? Is it because that emergency manteinance that messed it up or I'm missing something?

Yes it was small plot #53 dappled stalls subdivision. It was mine the day before yesterday. It's no longer mine.

What the hell...very pissed right now, I'm sure it was that emergency manteinance from yesterday, because there were a lot of plots bought around me also and they are magically gone too.

I would seriously use either the support center in game or on the web detailing what you experienced. You should get a response from those able to help you.

Well my first point may seem obvious but are you sure you are actually in the correct subdivision?

And second, if they believe a house was purchased with RMT gil they will take it.

Or it could just be a bug and you should file a report.

I feel really bad for laughing about this.

But yes, use the support systems in-game to talk to a GM and find out what's going on.

Uh.... Take this with a lot of salt but wasn't there a system in place where, if you don't build a house on a plot in a certain period of time you automatically forfeit the plot?

There is. In the mini patch before 2.4 when they added 6 & 7 wards, someone on my ward bought plot 8 and it seemed like they held it for a week or longer. Either those 3 days felt like a week to me, or they made the time shorter.

Or the other possibilities.

She bought it 3 days ago. I don't think that's it. It sure as hell wouldn't be fair, considering the millions it takes away.
