unable to complete version check

Following 2.4 patch following errors 30605, 20448,10009 and 10019. Tried forum suggestions with no success. Appears to happen every patch with a different solution each time! Running vista.

Hello, I am experiencing the same problem after patching 2.4,
it was working fine until before the patch.
if you have any idea on how to fix this issue, please tell me.

if this is happening everytime there is a new patch, what did you do before to fix it?

Hi, still not fixed. last time I think the dns flush fixed it. I have been scouring forums and trying everything suggested. I really enjoy the game but I think it is time to move on.

I wonder if the problem will go away on its own.
really wish other players with working client will be able to upload their client to us so we can just download the working version. i think that will fix it since the problems lies with updating the client.

currently downloading rift though just need a game to take my mind off things and it is 3 days no work for me! so i have nothing better to do really excited to get the new sleipnir mount too

hope this gets fixed soon, i am currently patching as i am typing this. just tried to click and click the launcher until it patched by itself. (hope it completes the download)
