What could SE possibly do about this?

Never, ever, ever...... release a DPS class on it's own, if they had released DPS+Tank+Healer then there would be no problems, next problem we'll have (If agent isn't a healer) is a lack of healers and 1,000,000 tanks with 2hr+ queues, if agent is a healer, tanks+healers begging DPS to queue up.

Yeah but tanks and healers are harder to balance. it is much easier to add a dps class than a tank/healer.

They could release a tank, healer and dps together and most people will play the dps class. Sure, some people will play the new healer and tank as well, for for every one that does there'll be 10 playing the dps.
