Throwing more exp at the problem isn't a solution. The current glut of Rogues/Ninjas is a temporary situation and it'll eventually resolve itself. There's really not anything to be done aside from finding a way around it. Personally, I find it amusing that you think that someone that has a tank or healer as their main character is clueless as to the woes of a DPS. Many of us have leveled every role to 50 at least once and play those roles frequently.

As for the FC, you can hardly blame them for wanting to do the new content. If it's a huge issue where none of them will even respond to you, you may want to find a new FC that's a little more helpful toward new players.
