They could release a tank, healer and dps together and most people will play the dps class. Sure, some people will play the new healer and tank as well, for for every one that does there'll be 10 playing the dps.Never, ever, ever...... release a DPS class on it's own, if they had released DPS+Tank+Healer then there would be no problems, next problem we'll have (If agent isn't a healer) is a lack of healers and 1,000,000 tanks with 2hr+ queues, if agent is a healer, tanks+healers begging DPS to queue up.

As a quick band aid, *heavily* boost the needed class rewards for low level dungeons.
Second, it was a mistake to change the trials category to need to be fully filled out before allowing players to use it. There are too many players that haven't completed both hildebrand and new story questlines so the queue times for old trial content (Ramuh, or any of the relic quest bosses) has gone through the roof.

Do I really have to explain this one? Ok
1.) Increase overall EXP gain for a set duration (Until SE deems it ok to lift it when the craze is over)
2.) Increase EXP gain from Fates (Gil and seals is optional)
3.) Increase EXP gain from Leves (Battlecraft leves only, seals and gil is optional as well.)
4.) Increase EXP gain from Quests (Again this one is optional)
(This is probably my last post until the forum locks me out for a while, so I'll try to reply when I can.)
Can you explain to me how all of these suggestions will improve the DF queue times? None of them seem to be related to the DF.Do I really have to explain this one? Ok

They would sure help but not enough to make a big difference. It's the standard for many other MMO's and I still have a long queue in those.

I wish those pie charts were better done. Not sure what 'other' is supposed to include from 2013 besides bard or pure crafter/gatherers; it's not explained.
And scholars are include in DPS on the right one, so it's not completely accurate.
I think SE acknowledged the ratio was an issue and changed the role set up in ST as a test run.
And a lvl50 button, which won't help you go through storyline dungeons either.Do I really have to explain this one? Ok

Many people will be lvl50 ninjas by the end of the week anyway. We can hope things will be back almost as normal next week, when those dps will turn into tanks and healers for roulette purpose.
Just have to wait a little bit.

Are you taking advantage of food and Sanctuary bonus... doesn't take much to get a 50% bonus to your xp/kill, especially if you have a job at 50 already. Was tooling around on 36 PLD tonight with my Choco and pulling in 300-400xp/kill soloing leves--and these weren't even the proper level, was just doing it to spirit bond a few odd pieces waiting for a fate on daily hunt list. Imagine if you formed a group that could take on a level gap to maximize your xp, and you just burned the xp chains old school party style? Might even manage to have some fun, and maybe make some new friends... you know, like we used to do in MMORPG's. Just a thought or two....
2.) Increase EXP gain from Fates (Gil and seals is optional)
Are you doing level appropriate fates? Reward scales according to level difference above/below the recommended level. Don't forget the chaining FATES as well. There are some that can rack up nice chunks in some zones.
3.) Increase EXP gain from Leves (Battlecraft leves only, seals and gil is optional as well.)
Again... are you doing level appropriate leves? You can also adjust the level upwards for bonus xp, and get time completion bonus as well if you do them quickly.
4.) Increase EXP gain from Quests (Again this one is optional)
XP from quests has always been a bonus in my book. Since nearly all of them are non-repeatable, they shouldn't be a staple for leveling anyways--they are for story progression or item acquisition more than for experience points.
As for the issue with getting into dungeons. As others mentioned, you can pre-form. Doesn't even have to be a full party. Can team up with a friend and one of you takes a job in demand, and then you swap roles and run them again. Done this with just one other person playing as a healer or a tank while I was on DPS and it was often a near instant queue when I was staring at absurd queue times in the past.
The point is, there are already ways to improve your XP progression speed if you put your mind to it. Are you doing all that you can to maximize xp gain within the current system?
By the way... what's with the rush? I spent all night doing various things and saw player after player already at level 45-50 NIN. Had well geared lvl 50's hopping in/out of a hunt party for about 4 hours earlier this afternoon. It's only been freaking 3 days for heaven's sake.

Just no, it is already to easy to level. SE cant do anything in regards to the ration of tank to healers to dps. The fact is if more players would play as a tank or healer we wouldnt have this issue. It is up to the players to fix this not SE.Do I really have to explain this one? Ok

I'm waiting to level nin for now, but I have certainly been a busy heals/tank helping friends and fc members with thiers, always a good idea to befriend a few whm/sch and tanks too help when needed. Good luck in that q though.

There is nothing that can realistically be done about it. Closest you could come is offering fantastic rewards to any queued tank/healer, like poetics that don't count against your weekly cap.
