They did do it for launch (miqote got the pigtails from lala, miqote got the 'payne' hairstyle from midlanders, lalas get the midlander hairband style, etc). I want those pigtails on midlanders. The 'shantotto' one.
I really wish they would open up some of the already existing hairstyles as well. Specifically, the long, fluffy, Jessica Simpson hair that Hyurs have.
