Dreadlocks?! Really??!!

2) ALL others races (with the exception of the race that obviously already has it) get access to the "special hairstyles" from previous patch, meaning:
In 2.2, we got access to 2.1's Roegadyn hair (with the exception of Miqo'te for graphic reasons);
In 2.3, we got access to 2.2's Elezen hair;
In 2.4, we got access to 2.3's Highlander hair (dreadlocks, and that headband long cut for males).

So calm down, you'll get them "damn catgirls"'s hair in 2.5.

I know of this rotation and I'm not gonna fight about it but I DO wish they start passing around the older hairstyles to other races to each patch. They did do it for launch (miqote got the pigtails from lala, miqote got the 'payne' hairstyle from midlanders, lalas get the midlander hairband style, etc). I want those pigtails on midlanders. The 'shantotto' one.

What I want to know is when are they going to start making the hairstyles unisex!? I want some of those male Highlander styles, damn it!

I really wish they would open up some of the already existing hairstyles as well. Specifically, the long, fluffy, Jessica Simpson hair that Hyurs have.

Adding the dreadlock hairstyle to male characters would require adjustments to the current dev. schedule so this may take a while, but the team is looking in to it.

They may be able to add a male version of the dreadlocks that were added in Patch 2.4, but they will need to account for the adjustments that must be made for the different physique and shape of the male skulls.

The fact that the Dev team is even considering it is a great step towards offering the player base a greater diversity of hairstyles. I understand that any new addition to the game takes time, especially comparatively trivial cosmetic options, but I'm overjoyed at the notion that the Devs are listening, thank you for bringing it to their attention, if that is indeed the case.

I like the dreadlocks. Female Miqo'te have enough girly girl hair styles, more scruffy and or short styles please ^^

I can't believe this game doesn't have an afro yet, and I'm being serious. Every japanese game I've played that has character customization has it as an option.

I like the dreads. Although I agree the males should have a fro. Maybe borrow some from a certain FFXIII character.
