Yes, looks like you can add tags to a post after it's gone up. While looking at the thread, click "Add/Edit Tags" at the bottom right of the screen.
The maximum allowable tags on any thread is five (5).
You can edit or remove tags you've added, but you cannot alter the tags other users have submitted.

I wanted to take a moment though to remind you that we're using a system that allows us to capture your comments efficiently so that we can report all of your feedback to the development staff on a daily basis--a system named "dev tags".

So I look over the In Development thread, each thread has a dev number:

I pick a thread I want to comment on, say "[dev1030] Enemy distribution adjustments":

Now when I make a new topic in the forum discussing Enemy distribution, I add "dev1030" in the Tag field?

One question for you guys: If my feedback thread has brackets in the tag, like [dev1234], should I make a new thread with the correct tags without the brackets or are you able to track it down as-is?

go to your current thread, scroll down to the bottom, there is an add/edit tags, input your tags there, no need the "[]" just the dev**** only.
