Lightning Strikes & the Rogue

I was wondering if there was anyone other than me who would like to see Lightning Strikes brought back specifically so that the Rogue can get access to a new set of Lightning Weapons specifically custom tailored for them, just like all the other classes have access to.

(I kind of also want it brought back because I am missing one of the original classes Lightning Weapons as well, specifically the Gladiator weapon)

Unless it's for the 2 year anniversary, at which time they'll also add DRK and whatever other class(es) come(s) with 3.0, I doubt lightning will strike a 4th time.

While I'm not opposed to the Lightning event coming back, it might be best to wait until the expansion. it is still quite a ways away... (probably around 5ish months?) but that would give us lots of new stuff to get, rather than a single weapon.

They should just release Lightning gear in Mog Station.
We had it 3 times already...the Lightning event...
I personally wanna see OTHER FF's chime in.

You're probably right. Though I still say that we should be getting the Lightning Weapons for the Rogue. But since we will be getting X number of additional classes with the expansion, it is probably best to wait for the next anniversary afterall.

I'm one of those that was a little sore upon hearing the return of lightning for the anniversary as it felt like my efforts were in vein for the first one (er... two). But yes now I want a lightning version of the daggers please!! ^_^
