I can see these as big healer problems. Though, there are a few that I can see healers make that even I do at times. I think my biggest issue is getting tunnel vision when people expect me to have to dps (seriously, I am NOT getting into the debate over whether I should or not, this is not the topic and the concept is seriously old). When I dps, I can lose track of how many mobs there are and throw regen at a time that isn't right, so when the tank has a few mobs left that will die quickly. To be honest, I don't look at enemy hp, I look at my team, because that's my job. I dps if and when I feel safe and confident to do so, but when it's pressured, it leads to small mistakes.
Most of these issues can be rectified with a simple talk with your party.
Now I agree, FA is used incorrectly far too often, but I can and will use it if a mob is eating my face because a tank refuses to tank. Now if I pull because I put regen at the end of a mob cycle, that's my bad and I will tank those mobs as I'm asking for it by making that mistake. But if I wait, regen is not on the tank and cast a single cure and suddenly have half the pack trying to feast on my eyeballs? then yeah, I'm going to knock them back at the tank and at least slow them.
