Encourage people to help other makes me hypocrite? Some seriously broken logic. Help when you can is a long ways from helping everyone all the time. But it is not unrealistic or unreasonable to take the attitude to be more inclusive so your are open to helping others when you can, and it naturally follow that one should do NOT hate on the newer players, and newbies. So don't all people names like lazy, lack initiative, spoonfed, etc. which are all false for a vast majority of the playerbase. And do NOT do exploit other players with clear sells.

That is sure stating the obvious. The OP even said that is what has been tried time and time again. The question how do you do that effectively? There has been all sorts of irrelevant name calling, but no real advice to date. And this thread went downhill once the name calling started:

No help for the OP but will certainly taunt the OP. If anyone that should be upset it should be people that newer players and newbies trying to build a static, the verbal abuse on the forum is just excessive. All the raiders feigning righteous indignation have only the clear sellers to blame, and really have no ground to stand on.
