Yep hard to find a static, hard to create a static, hard to build a static, and hard to manage/maintain a static. And only doable to the extent that people want to work together. So that is why I will always advocate that players be more inclusive and look to work together and help everyone.

And what exactly does "being more inclusive" and "work together and help everyone" means, in practical terms, exactly?
