This.It seems you actually answered to your own questions.
Though, even if I can totally understand your frustration, I still don't get why people still continue to post complains about how they re sad and not able to find/create a static with people of the same schedules as theirs... If you can't manage to get one, maybe it's because you don't have actually enough times to play hardcore-raids contents in a mmorpg? Then the answer is simple : don't? Because you can't o.o;; and find other motivations ingame.
And it's not even a matter of casual versus elite raiders people but more like a complain about the fact the guy don't have enough times to play and the fact that party finder sucks... But he still want to reach the Highest IG raid goals... And this thread got over 50 likes?... Woah. So basically, people who liked this, thinks that their subs is enough to get the perfect compromise over the hardest contents of the game and so, even if they have less than a couple of hours to play a week?
Duh. scob and fcob got created for a minority of players, that's the reason why it's only like 1-2% of the whole game contents, it's not meant for everyone.
People still don't understand that they can't have or do everything in a mmorpg, even though SE is making crazy efforts over patches to ease past contents on mechanics and adding echoes so even the lowest player can eventually clear it with some efforts over times.
To make it short : Please stop whining and enjoy the game at your own level.
Not really a matter of whether you are god-like good or you suck. Whilst skill is important, "limited time" and "binding coil of bahamut" just don't come together.
