The cycle of disbanding that keep casuals from doing content

Good gosh I have 1 single solitary simple point and you keep trying to read between the lines.

There are frequently comments on these forums that state plainly or at least imply the following idea/sentiment:

"Experienced players don't join/help my PF/groups because they would rather see me fail and sell me a win later."

To which my response is:
No, we don't join because we have better things to do. Please don't assume our motives are somehow malicious just because we don't spend hrs helping total strangers after grinding for hundreds of hours on that content. We're done with it. That's the extent of my point. Period.

Those making statements like I described don't say "rmts". They talk of experienced players which I (rather reasonably) take to mean raiders who know the fights but do not go back to repeat them. This sentiment is dumb and needs to die. We spent exponentially more time on these without any help so when people demand we go spend even more time to help them it makes them sound like entitled spoiled kids from our perspective.

That is the entirety of my point. I'm not white knight - ing sellers. I'm not playing devils advocate for them. I'm only saying don't blame people that beat content 6 months ago for why your PF doesn't fill. Don't blame them for why your df experience sucks. Don't scapegoat the entirety of the endgame community for your personal lack of success in endgame. We are not the cause in any way shape or form of casuals obstacles in endgame.

But there is plenty of evidence of shamelessly proud clear sellers even in this tread.

Nobody is making any assumptions about your motives. Your simple point only applies to you. The fact of the matter is that you don't speak for everyone else. The clear sellers comes here to harass and taunt people like the OP and then spread misinformation and misdirection and doing anything and everything toe make an extra gil. If anything they are over-representing the raiders and giving that group a bad name. To which you don't help, because you gladly take the position of apathy, indifference, and nonchalance. Some of which would say you are "complicit by your silence" (as in not speaking out against them or actively doing things to disrupt them), but I wouldn't go that far. Since it is game, and you do not have to do what you don't want to. But I would encourage those that have the experience help those who are learning, instead of treating newbies and newer players with contempt and doing everything you can to avoid them but gladly taking their gil.

He simply echos the sentiment that myself and most of the people I do primals and coil with. There is a lot to do in the game. We are not obligated to help anyone just because you think we should. Our time is ours to do with as we see fit and you are in no way entitled to expect anything from anybody. I log in at night to have fun. Not to work a job where I have to be clear b***h for anyone and everyone even if I don't know them. Many people think like Izsha because it's our time you're trying to claim. Not yours.

While I've never been a part of a sold run I definitely understand where they come from. They put time and effort to learn these runs and their time is valuable to them after a hard day raising children or working in the real world. If they put a price on their time and someone is willing to pay it then it's non of your business what so ever. Stop trying to tell people how to play the game.

If you want wins cultivate a base of helpful friends. Put party finders up and have patience. Coming to this forum and complaining at the people who can win the fight because you perceive they aren't helping is the most entitled thing I've ever seen on these forums. They don't owe you a single thing what-so-ever.
