The cycle of disbanding that keep casuals from doing content

If you spent hours and weeks and still haven't cleared, there is only one thing in common in all those runs.

OMG, I'm really holding myself not to be rude with you.
I didn't spend hours and weeks actually DOING the content. 9/10 of that time was spent WAITING to form parties. And also, what kind of progression can you possibly expect when you never do more than 3 tries with the same people?
