The cycle of disbanding that keep casuals from doing content

I remember way back when dungeons were fun and learning them without stress and pressure (as if it's a flipping job) was what it was about. Now impatient angry people chewing someone out cause they aren't "leet" enough or can't do it fast enough for them.

I started pre official, and i can clearly say it wasnt somethin else as it is now.
I even remember those hardliners in "normal" Ifrit (which i call the lvl 50)..."Hey wtf, no full darklight set and weapon? Ur wastin our time noob!".
And that happened almost in every second grp, ppl sometimes left without sayin anythin.
But that type of behavior is not limited to FFXIV.
I´ve seen similar things in GW classic and so on and so on and so on.
