Speaking from experience I've had players join learning groups just to troll them to failure. 5-10 mins later PF "1.5 mil for T6-T9 clear. 2 mil for Shiva ex clear. Same player. You best watch who gets invited to the group. They want more people to exploit. Not less.

Sounds like you're on the wrong server. Prices for raid and trial clears must be pretty low on your server.

Btw here t6 clear was around 3.5m last week(source from the clear seller themselves).

Every single time we have a free login weekend, we get latency increases across the board meaning that doing anything that requires more than facerolling i.e. Coil gets exponentially harder because of this. Effectively, paying customers are being disadvantaged by freeloaders....

Sure this guy may not be representative of all raiders, but his precious coils is being messed up by new players, returning players, etc. all the noobness, more people he wants to exclude. Sure isn't helping the raider's reputation.

Good luck trying to exclude people on the DF. And even the iLevel filter on the PF class requirements isn't going to really going exclude people. Gear level never equaled skill anyway. And if you are not the PF creator you don't have the kick hammer. Good luck trying to exclude people. It is more likely you can exclude yourself from others is about all you can do.

At one year in, speed running is the standard, all players are speedrunners.

Speed runs are not standard. And plenty of players are NOT speed runners. Most of my FC do not speed run and certainly do NOT force people to speed run like speed runners do. When people need Prae and CM, we get two tanks or healers to got with them make sure they are not forced to skip their cutscenes.

That is just showing your hatred and contempt for newer players and newbies. The vast majority of them are not asking for a carry or being spoon-fed. They are looking for opportunities to learn. Being more inclusive is right choice, the only limitation is all our time are finite, but at the least we can start with taking a more inclusive attitude.

Nope, that is not trolling, and it no conspiracy, it is just doing the work to drum up business. The smart ones probably even use alt characters to do so.

What you're asking for is not only ridiculous, but physically and temporally impossible. You need to align your expectations with reality. Starting with do not waste time spreading false accusations about the vast majority of players just want to be spoonfed, carried, etc., when that is so far from the truth. And it would not kill anyone to join a learning PF, when you roll a 6 with a die, once in a while. Might actually meet some people you can connect with for a change.

Something that I have NEVER DONE. Even in this very thread I've specifically said I have never ever sold a run. This is your problem right here. This is why your message is so bad. I've literally told you I don't do these things and yet pages later the fact you ignored what I said becomes so clearly apparent. Then you attempt to disparage me based on your ridiculous accusations. You lump all raiders into this run selling player chastising group and you threw me in there despite the fact I've told you I don't do the things you despise. You ignore every post made that says those terrible people are the minority and that many raiders are better than that. This weekend alone I spent over 10 hours helping people. Hours in Shiva, hours getting Ramuh clears, a Levi Ex, and Moogle Ex, even a T5 clear, and as a bonus some of these people weren't even in my FC but were instead friends of friends. You sit here in this very thread and disparage me and yet I spent half my weekend helping people. You are not accurately identifying who is bad and who isn't. You need to stop. You're very seriously taking things in an insulting direction and are treating people you don't know with contempt.

I don't lump raiders with clear sellers. It is the clear sellers themselves that come here and do that. They are proud of it too. You have the problem of separating them out. Don't play devil's advocate for the clear sellers, that is a first step to shedding that attitude.
