Afternoon Tea Set Description

I apologize if I'm posting this in the wrong area.

The Afternoon Tea Set currently has the same description as the Gourmet Supper (Skill Speed +4% Max 22, VIT +4% Max 15, Gear Durability +3, Exp +3%). Since this furnishing requires food that normally gives spell speed rather than skill speed, I was wondering if this was a mistake.
