FFXIV Boot Error Unable to complete version check. [30605][20448][10009][10019]

This error appeared when i try to launch the FFXIV launcher after patching 2.4

Iv'e been looking around the forums for possible fixes to this error but still no actual fix for it.

It seems a lot of other people are also having this problem.

*I was being able to play fine before the 2.4 patch, after the patch *sh*t just hit the fan*

weird thing is, due to my persistence after tons of relaunching the client, i was able to play! then decided to take a break and logged out. when i relaunched the client I still get the error. sometimes i am able to play the game maybe 1 out of 200 tries of relaunching the client.

already did the boot.cfg edits, untick read only files, installed, reinstalled, no firewall issues, all users have administrator priveleges, also ran it as administrator and ran with windows xp compatibility. also downloaded a boot folder from somewhere in the internet but that didn't work too.

anyway the latest thing i did was Uninstalled the game, went to my "My Games" folder and deleted the "A REALM REBORN folder". then reinstalled the game, and it connected! wuhoo! game patched to 2014.09.03.0000.0001. left it and went to do some work while it was patching. when i came back i saw this error FFXIV Boot Error Unable to complete version check. [30605][20448][10009][10019] again.
then i relaunched the client using windows xp compatible service pack 3 and ran it as administrator. and is currently patching as i am typing this.
    **game currently downloading H2014.05.27.0000.0000a**

im just afraid if i close the client i will get the "FFXIV Boot Error Unable to complete version check. [30605][20448][10009][10019]" error again

I'm so excited to play with my mini Y'shtola too
