Occasionally Shiva will disappear for the remaining part of the fight after she does Diamond Dust in phase 2.

Steps:
1. Load game and login
2. Join The Ahk Aah Amphitheatre (Extreme) in Party Finder
3. After 'Diamond Dust' is cast she will disappear off the screen for me
4. Have to wait for the battle to restart to see her again
