Clearing parts of the FCoB is required for the encrypted tomestone (I haven't read which turn yet) and perhaps you're going to be doing that and you'll personally get one within the first 3 weeks, however there are tons of other players who won't. Also I would like to know what you're doing to run through new Coil and cap poetics in just 4 hours.
