    I'm not sure either.
    At first I thought they were giving least popular races new hairstyles to make them more popular in the playerbase.
    But now that Miq'ote got an exclusive hairstyle(until a next update?) I don't know anymore.

    I guess they're prioritizing other races first since they're more popular. If that's the case, what's preventing SE to just give the new hairstyles to all races? Time restrictions?
