    The Trinity System is in place to give the Jobs a "Purpose". If they can all do the same thing to a degree it removes the effectiveness of what they bring to the table and creates boring run of the mil Jobs. It also dumbs down the overall experience of content if you can Zerg your way through it. The only reason this trinity system is lacking right now is because of the small selection of Jobs they have to offer. If they add more diversity then people will complain less.

    TLDR; If all jobs can do the same thing they will still adhere to the trinity system which is Tank, DPS, Buff & Heal.
