Final Coil Static(7/8) LF SMN /MNK or multiple DPS

We are looking for a professional DPS.
Preferred main SMN or MNK but if you can change some DPS job we will consider.

●Raid time is 7.30 to 10.30 p.m. GMT.
Basically Sunday to Thursday but we do more days if we need more days.
We used to raid 1 day T6-9 a week (about 1 hour) before 2.4 so Final Coil also will be same.

●Required
Playing on Ragnarok server(interview in the game).
Main character.
Must be punctual, patient with a nice personality
(we will check your attitude during raid as it is the most important thing to us).
Can attend all raid days without absence/lateness/leaving early until we have downed T10-13.
Must agree all rules. We have some rules for loot, etiquette etc. I will explain the details in the game.
Must take responsibility for your own DPS spot parmanently.

●About us
We are 8 man static LS.
We are a permanent static to focus on Fina Coil + since Second Coil.
We all have different main languages (Japanese, Arabic, Dutch, Turkey, Germany) but speak English.
We all are very friendly, comfortable static.
We have exceptional dedicated skilled players only but they are very nice and fun.
We have killed T9 12 times before 2.4.
We are PLD, WAR, NIN(DRG), BRD, BLM, WHM, SCH.
We are aiming to clear T10-13 as soon as possible and trying to farm T10-13 in a short time on a single day.
Currently we are on T10 progress around 54% with a our substitute (have tried less than 2 hours with a first timer).

Really want to farm T10-13 in a short time on a single day every week.
Have a strong desire to clear the hardest end-game content.
Really want to clear as soon as possible as Final Coil and we want to clear and farm easily in short time.
Hate wiping with rage quitters/noobs/impatient people (pugs).
Really want to clear Final Coil before they nerf it in the new patch.
Really want to enjoy killing Final Coil without stress everyweek.
Like hardcore contents and skilled but friendly and has cooperativeness and flexible brain.
Have nice humanity and is a trusted person, not a liar or betrayer.
Are not an elitist.
Love FF14 and play everyday or regularly online more than 5/7.
