    Server transfer

    Hello! Me, my girlfriend, and one of my friends are looking to switch servers over to Balmung, and i was wondering if it being locked out to create new characters would also result in it being unavailable for transfer. If someone could help me out with this is would be much appreciated

    That is correct. You won't be able to transfer to Balmung until it's open for new characters. They post the availability of all servers a few times each day.

    Best bet is early in the mornings, or early on weekends.

    Between 4am and 8am PST is the best time to do it. How i got my son in was he created a character template the day before, I got up at 6am, loaded the template and clicked through the intro then went to work.
