Allow players to accept duty within a CS, add an accept/deny for joining a queue (would you like to join John Bobbit for the battle against Mordor? If you answer no it will prevent the queue from starting for the party and inform the leader who said no), remove the penalty for complete non-pvp pre-mades, leave it for alone otherwise.. imo.
