Use HQ Bouillabaisse instead. The food you're currently using is only good if you happen to be short on craftsmanship to reach 4 stars. Judging from your craftsmanship with buffs and food, you don't need the extra craftsmanship at all.

I've learned a few things in the past month, and now use the rotation I listed for all of my 3* and 4* crafting, too (modified, of course). If you're interested, take a look:
