Art Contest Prize Question and Art Entry Question

Hey all! If anyone can shed light on this or direct me in the right place I would GLADLY appreciate the help. I made something for the art contest and it finalized and I wanted to know who I can contact to possibly get it back from Square Enix. My mom loved it and I know it says they keep it, but I thought maybe there was SOMEONE I could ask. I tried contacting a GM but that was several days ago and no response. Also, being a finalist, I wanna know when I'm supposed to get my Ahriman Choker. I haven't heard anything regarding that and I don't know who to contact about that either. Yeah I got my choker for having an art piece at Fanfest, and it was in the mog mail. I think I got it 5 or 6 days ago?

Also, I don't think you can get your piece back if you sent in something through the mail. I think the art contest rules said, that the art submissions would become SE's property, so they aren't going to give it back.

Ok...update for anyone following this... I'm waiting to hear from a senior GM or something. According to the "normal" GM I spoke to just now, I wasn't a finalist.....and that is not correct. I submitted the King Tonberry that was there and it clearly states right on the front page of the contest submission page, and I quote, "All finalists chosen to have their work displayed at the show will receive an Ahriman Choker in-game item." So ....if that doesn't mean I'm a finalist then idk what does. But I do have faith in SE and I know that the proper person will help me once it gets to them. I am sure that its just a mess up and I will get it soon :O
