    You couldn't get the weathered stuff from the hunt vendor, they added that with this patch. As you can see, only way to get these would be the hunts. Unless theres somewhere else that drops allied seals for rewards. They really dropped the ball on this....

    aaam, that is for 825 soldiery, so you can run your roulletes and farm soldiery now, theres no lilmit now, hunts were another option to get gear

    So where are you going to get your allied seals from to buy the blood spattered logs? And they drop from hunts also. So no other way to upgrade your weathered gear...
