    PS4 Chat Bubble moves down

    On my PS4, the chat bubble that appears when I talk to NPCs moves down each time someone speaks.

    Started happening right before patch.

    I have noticed that problem long before the last updated. Pretty much the only way I figured out how to fix it is to go to curser mode, and then trigger the npc, and then drag the text box up. Need to place it higher than it normally goes because it will drop down a little. This works a while till it does it again...
