Auto attack and cooldown timer bugs

I've come across an annoying bug that drives me absolutely insane! My auto attack seems to randomly turn off in the middle of fights. I can have a mob at 50% and all of a sudden my attack stops and I just stand there getting beat on, I have to press an attack button to get it to initiate the AA again. It doesn't matter if the ability that I press is on cooldown or not, it seems any input with re-initiate the attack.

Second thing I've noticed is my abilitys sometimes bug out and randomly start a 3 second cooldown. For example, Skullsunder II has a 10 second cooldown. Occasionally it'll bug and give me a 3 second timer every time. This goes for all of my abilities that I have active at the time. It's REALLY annoying for normal attacks like Heavy Swing. Leaves me spamming buttons and getting "Can't use that now" error messages, trying to guess when my 60 second cooldown is up.

The only way to remedy this for me is to totally shut the game down and relog.

I often have that autoattack is not initiating too, on lancer and marauder with my lalafell. It's very hard to keep the hate if you're not building or doing damage.. This especially happens in sloped areas. Please fix this SE. I like autoattack but this is making it very hard.

I guess it's an issue with the AA timer resetting when you perform certain actions. It may be an intended feature, but if so, it may be unnecessarily stifling to attack rotations.

It happens to me even when i haven't done actions yet. It's also not range as i make sure im inside the mob at times.

I actually got this for the first time today, as well. I stood there for almost 10 seconds without attacking and had to go to passive mode and back to active mode to re-initiate AA.
