    Issue: The Itinerant Moogle is not present in any of the 3 locations mentioned in the below notice:

    Tokyo Gameshow 2014 Cactuar Lottery 2.0 Prizes for All! (10/01/2014)

    I have verified with other players that he is not present in any of the 3 locations.

    Yes, this seems to be a problem specific to at least Sargatannas at the moment. He seems to be visible on other servers.
