Here is all that I have worked out for this mission so far using the fishing guide to see where the new fish are. If you all find out some more information on conditions to catch these, i'll try to add it on here.

For Endoceras, overcast works as well as fog, possible it's any weather where sky isn't visible. Not sure on gathering needed, got too low with tomato pies 378.

are you sure it was no coelacanthus? I just caught 3 of them while aiming for endoceras z.z

Yes because I can catch Coelacanthus with 378. Guessing Endoceras is any Clear/Fair -> not Clear/Fair. Only weather I've not seen it be caught in yet now is Gales.

Could someone post a link/list of all the 106 fishes needed for the achievement?
Between, is anyone having trouble catching 3 stars fishes after the 2.4 update? I'm having a extremely hard time catching HQ bait/3 stars fishes after the 2.4 update. With food I'm at 383 Gathering and 306 Perception. Can't catch the simplest easy 3 stars fish anymore like before

Not seeing any difficulty changes between patches. It seems the same to me.

has anyone figured out what specific fish needed per zone exactly for each stage of the quest?
I only see people naming all the new fish per zone.
