I don't know about people here. I run Sastasha HM just fine.
Ultros on the other matter. -_- That has been 50% success rate for me as I try to get the minion.

If you are having issues w/ Madison in DF it might be worthwhile to have non-tanks stand behind the boss and just have everyone ignore adds once he gets to 25% or so, it shouldn't be too difficult since everyone together means the tank can grab the adds even if he is bound and it's not too hard healing people up. You stop his gunfire quickly, it's easy to understand, and it makes him leave the fight sooner which makes dealing with the adds a whole lot easier.
I resorted to doing that one evening as I was having trouble explaining the mechanics to the wife of our JP FC member (her english isn't as good as his and he wasn't there that night) and ended up clearing it just fine at that point. Thankfully I was able to use markers to explain what to ignore in the final boss. The difference between Tentacles and Arms might not be something that comes across easily in other languages... I kind of wish they were different colors or something.
Edit: Maybe I should ask this here, but for the first boss of Snowcloak does anyone know what determines if you get a freeze stack from snowdrift (the attack that seems to hit the whole area and does a blizzard-like effect)? It just seems to randomly hit people or not.

From what I heard, if you are moving during the cast , not sure at what point, for Snowdrift, you'll avoid it.
Just tested it out, as long as you're moving for the flurry animation ( the snow blowing across your view); you won't get the debuff unless you get hit by the AoE.

uhm... I hate that part - I normally DPS, but our WHM wanted to dps, so I went to heal, the fact is, the moment it does start shooting, the healer has to spam heals on the character that is getting hit (ç_ç I'm not good healer, my group wiped 2 times before I managed to make them survive to beat it - I died, they lived, and the beat it). But at the point when he start shooting everyone is on the captain ignoring adds, then when he escapes, we use a aoe LB on the adds. - still we managed without problem downing it, with our main healer XD
It worked this way (i still hate it <o< along the cactucar thing in Sunekn HM)
