    Just spitballing...may not lead anywhere, but should rule it out just in case. Do you have a dedicated ATI or nVIDIA graphics card? If so, double check that things are configured to run the game on it. May be having a problem with the management between the Intel 4600 on the CPU and the dedicated card.

    I apologize as I do not know how to check that. Is it checkable in the game itself since I believe I have a nVIDA graphics card, or do I have to go into the system.
