Gunner class confirmed?

I'm not entirely sure about whether or not the Gunner class will actually heal. Neither Merlwyb nor the npc from the rogue quests looks like the type of personality I would want trying to "heal" me. I'm hopeful that there's another class which hasn't really been hinted at that can fill the healer role. It could also be that the Gunner may be similar to the SCH/SMN jobs where it has 2 job classes that fulfill two roles, and that Dark Knight is the only pure job class.

AHHH no more dual Job classes until they fix the issue with bonus skill points. It is crazy that you cannot assign your points by job. My scholar is always slightly gimped because I put 30 points into int........... I don't even need them to make a big system change, just allow me to swap the points for free whenever I like......

Again? Really? The skill points are fine and it doesn't make sense to do it by job.

Honestly I'd prefer that we have multiple jobs for every class, but most classes are already designed around their current jobs and it would be odd to try to add another job without redesigning the class. Gunner being multi-job would be awesome, though.

While yes, they should do this (or scrap current bonus skill point system and replace with secondary skills that provide at least *some* choice), it's not that big a deal. Better to have 1 good job and one slightly gimp job than only having access to 1 job and 1 job only.
