They'll probably try to fix it, but I'm pretty sure devs have stated that PS3 support is only going to be 100% up until the expansion and then it's up in the air and probably being dropped anyway.

the most annoying thing that it only happen in EX ver

and never happen in HM ver

killed HM 10 times to check & both HM & EX share the same icicle blades AOE pattern wtf

Can anyone else confirm this? My wife doesn't have REX down so I can't check myself (I'm on PC). I haven't done EX yet so I don't know the battle script. Is the follow-up after the icicle blades the same in EX as it is in HM? The game may be crashing due to a coding error in the battle script and not a graphic glitch (since both fights would be calling the same animations).

its the same i killed HM ver 10 times now & ran EX ver and both share the same pattern

so far made it to 60%

I can confirm it. I play on PS3 and whenever the first circle ice AOE is about to crash to the ground, the game freezes. Attempted Shiva EX twice and the game crashed both times during the same exact part early in the fight. I honestly feel like it's a bug because I do not have many issues with playing the game on PS3 (I've cleared t9 for quite some time without any crashing or issues like this). But, I pretty much will not be joining any Shiva EX parties until this gets fixed because the instance is unplayable for me.

in the meantime go into the character configuration page. there is a section with effects

party
others
enemies

set others and enemies to limites or none, should fix the issue atleast for the moment.

It's somewhere in the character configuration btw, not in the system settings. (no idea why they would do that.)
