(ROG) Is this potency correct?

The 300 potency is without the shadowstalker trait you get at level 50. The trait says it only increases movement speed, however when I checked Sneak Attack after I got to Level 32 the Potency now says it does 500.

This is what I was thinking because most of the prelim. notes already took the traits into account but as you said, it didn't say so I couldn't assume it did. Good to hear.
