Ninja seems a bit broken

Ninja also has a debuff 10% damage taken on target for 10s that profit the whole party, depending on the dmg of others DPS it can probably concur on the DPS loss from buff.

That's highly situational, its' dependant on hide which prevents its use during combat unless you're off the hate table. Unless I'm missing a trait somewhere that throws Ninja into Stealth mid-combat.
