Steps:
1. Game gave me a message after i tried to summon my company chocobo that my chocobo was lost and that i needed to talk to the housing enthousiast
2. Spoke to the NPC (11,11) Goblet
3. Gave the chocobo to me.
4. Checked out FC stable to restable him only to find my original chocobo there.
5. Couldn't stable the copy.
6. Noticed that my original chocobo and copy have the same levels, Original has some of its experience bar filled.
7. Copy can be stabled in my personal housing stable (I parked it there).

Steps:
1. I spoke to the housing enthusiast he mentioned something about a chocobo and I clicked on it
2. He then unstabled my Chocobo and gave it back to me
3. I went back to the FC home to stable him and and found out that my Chocobo was still in the FC Stables
4. I now have two chocobos both with different exp levels


What i did, had to park 1 of the chocobo on my personal house Stable (the clone) and keep the original with me while leveling up.
