Thread: Hunt Rewards in 2.4

Due to work, I haven't been on to see how this works now, but I'm curious if anyone has had the chance to kill (with full credit) some A and/or S rank hunts.

- Any change to the amount of Allied Seals you earn? (was 20 for A, 50 for S)
- Since Mythology is abolished, do we get the same number of Soldiery tomes as we did Mythology before the patch? (was 80 for A, 200 for S)
- Since Poetics are introduced, do we get the same number of Poetics tomes as we did Soldiery before the patch?

I did an A rank earlier with full credit and got 20 seals and 20 soldiery. No poetics at all.

It will still be done by people who are after specific things from that content, like the minions and stuff. It won't, however, be the kill five birds with one stone that it previously was that by doing just hunts.

This. For people grinding for Alexandrite, Soldiery gear/upgrades, etc., it'll still be a thing.

You just don't casually cap the major tomestone anymore in the process.

Wrong. Hunts are not for alexandrite in 2.4.

In 2.3 it was 20 seals 80 myth. 80 mythx10=800 (one alex map from auriana)

in 2.4 its 20 seals and 20 soli. 20 solix10=200 (not one alex map from auriana, dungeons are much much better for alexandrite now.) Also in order to obtain soli gear dungeons are still better.

Many were doing hunts to help cap soldiery. That is going to change now. Hunts have been nerfed and perhaps that's not a bad thing.

I'm glad I got done with my novus... It's gonna be solo hard to get alexandrite now

Yeah.....and I still need 8 alexes... :/
